Tom helped me develop and implement an Operational Plan for recruiting, engaging, and supporting undergraduate students with disabilities in the summer CLIMB (Creating Leaders and Inclusion in Molecular Biology) program.  I feel that Tom’s contribution to our work is especially important because people with disabilities are significantly underrepresented in the field of scientific research.
